Abstract
COMPRESSOR DE PISTãO COM UMA CORRENTE DE AR REFRIGERANTE INTERNA NO CáRTER A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor de pistão (1), especialmente um compressor de pistão de elevação, para produção de ar comprimido, que abrange ao menos um pistão (7) unido com um eixo de manivela (8) por meio de uma biela (9) associada, montada com um mancal de rolamento (10, 10'), que em um cilindro (3) associado executa um movimento de elevação e produz através de uma unidade de conexão (6) integrada no cabeçote de cilindro (4) a compressão de ar aspirado, sendo que através de uma válvula de entrada (13) devido a uma subpressão produzida pelo movimento do pistão no cárter (2) ar refrigerante passa do conduto de aspiração (11) ao cárter e, devido à superpressão produzida através do movimento de retomo do pistão no cárter (2) escapa por uma válvula de saída (14) do cárter (2), de modo que uma corrente de ar refrigerante pode ser produzida no cárter (2), se propõe que a derivação do ar refrigerante esteja disposta no próprio conduto de aspiração (11) ou no cabeçote de cilindro (4) e o ar refrigerante possa ser passado por ao menos uma união de tubo (15) conduzindo externamente no cilindro (3) entre cabeçote de cilindro (4) e o cárter (2) no cilindro (3), para evitar um aquecimento do ar refrigerante.
