Abstract
FERRAMENTA ABRASIVA E MéTODO PARA RETIFICAR SEM CENTROS A invenção refere-se a ferramentas abrasivas ligadas orgânicas que têm microestruturas controladas, que compreendem uma percentagem em volume relativamente baixa de grão abrasivo e um grau de dureza relativamente baixo, porém são caracterizadas pela resistência mecânica excelente e desempenho de retifica eficiente de grau de dureza muito mais duro, ferramentas de porosidade mais baixa, especialmente em processos de retifica versáteis tais como retifica sem centros. Um método de retifica sem centros com estas ferramentas é fornecido. Métodos para fabricar as ferramentas abrasivas utilizando o grão abrasivo aglomerado são descritos.
