Abstract

PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM DE TEMPERATURA BAIXA PARA PREPARAR ARTIGOS BIODEGRADáVEIS SóLIDOS A presente invenção está direcionada para um processo para preparar os artigos biodegradáveis sólidos do glúten de trigo. O glúten de trigo hidratado pe fornecido na forma de massa elástica coersiva. A massa elástica coersiva compreende pelo menos 8% em peso de glúten de trigo e onde o glúten de trigo compreende uma proteína tendo a estrutura primária. A massa elástica coesiva é formada dentro de um artigo moldado e colocado em um ambiente suficiente para remover o excesso de água do artigo moldado sem modificar a estrutura primária da proteína do glúten de trigo, tal que um artigo biodegradável resulta. Os artigos biodegradáveis sólidos da presente invenção compreendem pelo menos 8% em peso de glúten de trigo.
