Abstract

INSTALAçAO E PROCESSO DE REDUçãO DIRETA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma instalação para redução de um material metalífero em um leito fluidizado, compreendendo um vaso para conter o leito fluidizado, um meio de suprimento de material metalífero, um material carbonáceo sólido, um gás contendo oxigênio e um gás de fluidificação dentro do vaso, para formação do leito fluidizado no vaso. O meio de suprimento de gás contendo oxigênio compreende uma ou mais lanças de injeção de gás contendo oxigênio, dita uma ou mais lanças apresentando uma ponta de lança com uma saída que é posicionada para injeção de gás contendo oxigênio em um fluxo descendente no vaso, dentro de uma variação angular de mais ou menos 40<198> em relação à vertical.
