Abstract

Установка для восстановления металлоносного материала в псевдоожиженном слое, включающая сосуд для вмещения псевдоожиженного слоя, средства подачи в сосуд металлоносного материала, твердого углеродсодержащего материала, кислородсодержащего газа и псевдоожижающего газа для образования псевдоожижающего слоя в сосуде. Средство подачи кислородсодержащего газа содержит одну или более чем одну фурму для вдувания кислородсодержащего газа, имеющую головку фурмы с выходным отверстием, которая для вдувания кислородсодержащего газа нисходящим потоком внутрь сосуда расположена под углом в интервале от плюс до минус 40° к вертикали.
