Abstract

ESFREGõES DE LIMPEZA POSSUINDO UM REVESTIMENTO OLEOFìLICO COVALENTEMENTE LIMITADO, SEUS USOS E PROCESSOS PARA SUA PRODUçãO. é fornecido um método para formar um material ativo contendo revestimento em um substrato. O substrato é adequadamente um esfregão, pano ou esponja para uso doméstico, ou um produto de limpeza doméstica de dose unitária solúvel em água. O método compreende as etapas de: 1) introduzir um ou mais materiais gasosos ou líquidos atomizados e/ou sólidos formadores de revestimento, os quais sofrem reações de formação de ligações químicas dentro de um ambiente de plasma e um ou mais materiais ativos, os quais substancialmente não sofrem reações de formação de ligação química dentro de um ambiente de plasma, numa descarga de plasma à baixa pressão ou à pressão atmosférica e/ou numa corrente de gás excitado resultante disto, e ii) expor o substrato à mistura resultante formadora de revestimento atomizado e, pelo menos, à um material ativo, os quais são depositados sobre a superfície do substrato para formar um revestimento.
