Abstract
一种棉拖把用处理液及其制备方法和应用,该处理液由以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑0.8‑1份、烯肟菌酯0.4‑0.6份、大豆肽0.4‑0.6份、紫薯淀粉3‑6份、二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺0.1‑0.2份、溶葡萄球菌酶0.1‑0.2份、薄荷提取液2‑3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1‑0.2份、改性中药提取物1‑2份、蒸馏水150‑200份。本发明处理液能提高棉布的耐腐蚀性能,并具有非常显著的杀菌效果,能提高棉布的抗紫外线能力和韧性,处理液无腐蚀性、无毒,并对油污和细菌具有很好的清洁能力,特别适合于厨房用拖把的洁净使用,能使拖把寿命提高1‑2年。

本发明涉及拖把处理液技术领域,具体涉及一种棉拖把用处理液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和城市化的进程,城市建筑越来越多,包括商品房、写字楼、机关办公楼等,这些地方都需要清洁,这就需要扫把、毛掸等清洁用具来帮助清理。目前的拖把大都是由棉布条捆扎在一起用于拖地,但是时间久了棉布容易破碎,甚至在拖厨房等环境较差的地方,棉布容易被腐蚀,使得拖把使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明目的之一在于提供一种棉拖把用处理液,处理液能提高棉布的耐腐蚀性能,并具有非常显著的杀菌效果,能提高棉布的抗紫外线能力和韧性,处理液无腐蚀性、无毒,并对油污和细菌具有很好的清洁能力,特别适合于厨房用拖把的洁净使用,能使拖把寿命提高1-2年。
一种棉拖把用处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑0.8-1份、烯肟菌酯0.4-0.6份、大豆肽0.4-0.6份、紫薯淀粉3-6份、二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺0.1-0.2份、溶葡萄球菌酶0.1-0.2份、薄荷提取液2-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-0.2份、改性中药提取物1-2份、蒸馏水150-200份。
所述改性中药提取物由以下重量份的原料制成:胡蔓藤碱乙2-3份、β-环糊精2-3份、乙酸牻牛儿醇酯0.5-1份、N-甲基-2-庚基-4-喹啉酮0.5-1份、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰基葡萄糖0.2-0.4份;制备方法是将各原料混合均匀即可。
本发明目的之二在于提供一种棉拖把用处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取新鲜的各原料;
(2)将紫薯淀粉溶于蒸馏水中,然后加热至60-65℃,再加入剩余的各原料,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温即可。
本发明目的之三在于提供一种棉拖把用处理液的应用,将所述处理液加入其重量8倍的清水和其重量四分之一的酒精进行混合稀释,然后将拖把的棉布放入混合液中浸泡10-15分钟,每个月浸泡2-3次。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明处理液能提高棉布的耐腐蚀性能,并具有非常显著的杀菌效果,能提高棉布的抗紫外线能力和韧性,处理液无腐蚀性、无毒,并对油污和细菌具有很好的清洁能力,特别适合于厨房用拖把的洁净使用,能使拖把寿命提高1-2年。

实施例1
一种棉拖把用处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑0.9份、烯肟菌酯0.5份、大豆肽0.5份、紫薯淀粉4份、二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺0.1份、溶葡萄球菌酶0.1份、薄荷提取液2.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1份、改性中药提取物1.5份、蒸馏水175份。
所述改性中药提取物由以下重量份的原料制成:胡蔓藤碱乙2.5份、β-环糊精2.5份、乙酸牻牛儿醇酯0.8份、N-甲基-2-庚基-4-喹啉酮0.8份、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰基葡萄糖0.3份;制备方法是将各原料混合均匀即可。
一种棉拖把用处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取新鲜的各原料;
(2)将紫薯淀粉溶于蒸馏水中,然后加热至60-65℃,再加入剩余的各原料,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉拖把用处理液,其特征在于,所述改性中药提取物由以下重量份的原料制成:胡蔓藤碱乙2-3份、β-环糊精2-3份、乙酸牻牛儿醇酯0.5-1份、N-甲基-2-庚基-4-喹啉酮0.5-1份、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰基葡萄糖0.2-0.4份;制备方法是将各原料混合均匀即可。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种棉拖把用处理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取新鲜的各原料;
(2)将紫薯淀粉溶于蒸馏水中,然后加热至60-65℃,再加入剩余的各原料,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温即可。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种棉拖把用处理液的应用,其特征在于,将所述处理液加入其重量8倍的清水和其重量四分之一的酒精进行混合稀释,然后将拖把的棉布放入混合液中浸泡10-15分钟,每个月浸泡2-3次。
