Abstract

本发明公开了一种工艺简单的高性能三防抗菌面料的整理方法,用纳米银溶胶抗菌整理剂、HS1100三防整理剂、ATB9800抗菌整理剂、TPM9007抗菌整理剂组成的复合三防抗菌整理剂对棉织物进行同浴整理得到。本发明用天然可降解高分子——淀粉做保护剂及分散剂,并采用简单的液相化学还原法制备淀粉包覆的纳米银溶胶,工艺简单,绿色环保,分散性好,不易团聚。所制得的纳米银三防抗菌整理剂可用于同浴整理,相对于分浴整理,工艺简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三防抗菌面料及其整理方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,床上用品存在无法经常洗涤或水洗时间不足,只能依靠传统的日晒紫外线杀死部分有害真菌和细菌。因此在使用过程中,容易受到污染,产生发黄、发霉、异味等现象,影响了产品使用过程中的美观程度、舒适度和安全度。而三防抗菌整理可以同时赋予纺织品防水、防油、防污及抗菌性能,能很大程度上的解决以上问题。
目前基本采用分浴整理,而分浴三防+抗菌即先三防后抗菌或先抗菌后三防整理,该工艺使三防抗菌性能互相影响且工艺复杂、流程长。
一般情况下,纳米抗菌剂同浴整理会使三防和抗菌复合整理液稳定性下降,甚至在同浴整理过程中意产生沉淀,为克服以上缺点,提供一种工艺简单,操作方便,安全性好的纳米银三防抗菌复合整理剂同浴整理方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单,操作方便,安全性好、抗菌、三防性能好的高性能三防抗菌面料及其整理方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高性能三防抗菌面料,其特征是:用纳米银溶胶抗菌整理剂、HS1100三防整理剂、ATB9800抗菌整理剂、TPM9007抗菌整理剂组成的复合三防抗菌整理剂对棉织物进行同浴整理得到。
一种高性能三防抗菌面料的整理方法,其特征是:包括下列方法:
第一步:坯布预处理:按30~40ml/g面料比例配制浓度为2%的氢氧化钠溶液;将面料放入碱液中煮沸10min后取出;用清水漂洗面料,直到检验退净为止‘
第二步:二浸二轧同浴整理:浸轧整理剂:取复合三防抗菌整理剂20~100g/L,在浸轧温度10~30℃,轧液率60~90%条件下采用二浸二轧工艺;烘干:在100~120℃条件下热风烘干,时间为2~3min;焙烘:在160-175℃条件,焙烘60~120s;出布:最后完成加工出布,即制得高性能三防抗菌面料;
所述复合三防抗菌整理剂由用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶、三防整理剂HS1100、抗菌整理剂ATB9800、抗菌整理剂TPM9007组成,各组分质量浓度百分比为:纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.1~0.4%:5~9%:2~5%:2~4%。
所述用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶的制备方法:
(1)配制0.05mol/L的硝酸银溶液及浓度为1%的柠檬酸钠溶液备用;
(2)将50~100ml水加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入0.25~0.5g变性淀粉,开启集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器,将以上三口烧瓶放入,搅拌升温至95℃,约30min,使淀粉糊化;
(3)将温度降至60~70℃,滴加10~20ml配制好的硝酸银溶液至三口烧瓶中,连续搅拌反应10min;
(4)以1滴/S的速度滴加2~5ml配制好的柠檬酸钠溶液,搅拌使其充分反应;
(5)待反应体系颜色不再变化,即反应充分后,将制得的溶胶从反应烧瓶中取出,自然冷却。
用天然可降解高分子——淀粉做保护剂及分散剂,并采用简单的液相化学还原法制备淀粉包覆的纳米银溶胶,工艺简单,绿色环保,分散性好,不易团聚。不通过化学复合,而是将三防助剂和几种抗菌助剂进行复配,优化各组分比例,以达到较好三防和抗菌的多功能效果。所制得的纳米银三防抗菌整理剂可用于同浴整理,相对于分浴整理,工艺简单,操作方便。
表:
1、纳米银浓度0.05%,HS1100浓度为2%,ATB9800浓度为1%,TPM9007浓度为2%时,抗菌率达75%,拒水接触角达110度,拒油等级6级。
2、纳米银浓度0.2%,HS1100浓度为6%,ATB9800浓度为3%,TPM9007浓度为4%时,抗菌率达98%,拒水接触角达132度,拒油等级7级。
3、纳米银浓度0.6%,HS1100浓度为10%,ATB9800浓度为5%,TPM9007浓度为6%时,抗菌率达98%,拒水接触角达133度,拒油等级8级。
4、单独使用纳米银0.2%,抗菌率65%,无三防效果。
5、单独使用HS11006%,拒水接触角达128度,拒油等级7级,无抗菌性。
6、单独使用ATP98003%,抗菌率85%,无三防效果。
7、单独使用TPM97004%,抗菌率88%,无三防效果。
具体实施方式
通过下述实施例将有助于理解本发明,但并不限制本发明的内容。
实施例1:
第一步变性淀粉包覆的纳米银制备,方法如下:
(1)配制0.05mol/L的硝酸银溶液及浓度为1%的柠檬酸钠溶液备用;
(2)将50ml水加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入0.25g变性淀粉,开启集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器,将以上三口烧瓶放入,搅拌升温至95℃,约30min,使淀粉糊化;
(3)将温度降至70℃,滴加10ml配制好的硝酸银溶液至三口烧瓶中,连续搅拌反应10min;
(4)以1滴/S的速度滴加2ml配制好的柠檬酸钠溶液,搅拌使其充分反应;
(5)待反应体系颜色不再变化,即反应充分后,将制得的溶胶从反应烧瓶中取出,自然冷却。
第二步根据各组分优化结果,配制纳米银三防抗菌整理剂,具体如下:(1)按照纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.2:6:3:2,称取纳米银溶胶2g,HS1100三防整理剂60g,ATB9800抗菌整理剂30g,TPM9007抗菌整理剂20g(总液重1000g)
(2)先将60gHS1100三防整理剂放置带搅拌的三口烧瓶中,而后逐渐加入2g的纳米银溶胶,30g的ATB9800抗菌整理剂,20g的TPM9007抗菌整理剂,加水至总液重1000g。
(3)将复配好的三防抗菌剂在常温常压下搅拌10min直至均匀即可。
第三步坯布预处理
(1)按35ml/g面料比例配制浓度为2%的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)将面料放入碱液中煮沸10min后取出;
(3)用清水漂洗面料,直到检验退净为止。
第四步:二浸二轧同浴整理
(1)浸轧整理剂:取自制复合三防抗菌整理剂50g/L,在浸轧温度15℃,轧液率70%条件下采用二浸二轧工艺;
(2)烘干:在100℃条件下热风烘干,时间为2min;
(3)焙烘:在170℃条件,焙烘100s;
(4)出布:最后完成加工出布,即制得高性能三防抗菌面料。
实施例2:
制备复合三防抗菌整理剂,其制备步骤、工艺与实施例1第一步、第二步相同。
第三步坯布预处理
(1)按40ml/g面料比例配制浓度为2%的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)将面料放入碱液中煮沸10min后取出;
(3)用清水漂洗面料,直到检验退净为止。
第四步:二浸二轧同浴整理
(1)浸轧整理剂:取自制复合三防抗菌整理剂60g/L,在浸轧温度20℃,轧液率80%条件下采用二浸二轧工艺;
(2)烘干:在110℃条件下热风烘干,时间为2min;
(3)焙烘:在175℃条件,焙烘90s;
(4)出布:最后完成加工出布,即制得高性能三防抗菌面料。
实施例3:
制备复合三防抗菌整理剂,其制备步骤、工艺与实施例1第一步、第二步相同。
第三步坯布预处理
(1)按30ml/g面料比例配制浓度为2%的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)将面料放入碱液中煮沸10min后取出;
(3)用清水漂洗面料,直到检验退净为止。
第四步:二浸二轧同浴整理
(1)浸轧整理剂:取自制复合三防抗菌整理剂30g/L,在浸轧温度30℃,轧液率75%条件下采用二浸二轧工艺;
(2)烘干:在120℃条件下热风烘干,时间为2min;
(3)焙烘:在165℃条件,焙烘90s;
(4)出布:最后完成加工出布,即制得高性能三防抗菌面料。

Claims (1)

1.一种工艺简单的高性能三防抗菌面料的整理方法,其特征是:包括下列方法:
第一步:坯布预处理:按30~40ml/g面料比例配制浓度为2%的氢氧化钠溶液;将面料放入碱液中煮沸10min后取出;用清水漂洗面料,直到检验退净为止;
第二步:二浸二轧同浴整理:浸轧整理剂:取复合三防抗菌整理剂20~100g/L,在浸轧温度10~30℃,轧液率60~90%条件下采用二浸二轧工艺等;烘干:在100~120℃条件下热风烘干,时间为2~3min;焙烘:在160-175℃条件,焙烘60~120s;出布:最后完成加工出布,即制得高性能三防抗菌面料;
所述复合三防抗菌整理剂由用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶、三防整理剂HS1100、抗菌整理剂ATB9800、抗菌整理剂TPM9007组成,各组分质量浓度百分比为:纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.1~0.4%:5~9%:2~5%:2~4%;
所述用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶的制备方法:
