Abstract

MANDRIL PORTA-FERRAMENTA DE EXPANSãO HIDRáULICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um mandril porta-ferramenta de expansão hidráulica (1) que é particularmente vantajoso em uma forma de construção longa e estreita. O mandril porta-ferramenta de expansão (1) está dotado de uma bucha de expansão (10), disposta em sua extremidade (3) do lado da ferramenta, envolvida por uma câmara de pressão (12) que, sob o efeito de um meio de pressão (F) admitido na câmara de pressão (12), pode ser deformado radialmente para o aperto de uma ferramenta. Distanciada axialmente da bucha de expansão (10), está disposta uma unidade de geração de pressão (14), sendo que, para a transmissão de pressão da unidade de geração de pressão (14) para a câmara de pressão (12), está previsto um sistema de condução de pressão (13) que é formado por uma fenda anular (11) concêntrica ao eixo do mandril porta-ferramenta (2).
