Abstract

本发明特指一种主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,属于机床技术领域,包括主轴和设置于主轴内壁与拉管之间的筒夹Ⅰ和筒夹Ⅱ,筒夹Ⅰ和筒夹Ⅱ夹持在拉管两端,主轴一端的内壁设置有限位圈,限位圈与筒夹Ⅰ位于主轴同一端,另一端的内壁设置有缸盖,限位圈与缸盖之间设置有活塞组件,三者结合形成的空间为压力缸,活塞组件套设于筒夹Ⅰ和拉管上。本发明利用主轴自身结构特点,形成一个结构新颖的压力缸,节约制作材料,减少了零部件的数量,空间布置合理,缩小了外形,主轴的轴向尺寸大幅度减短,加大工件加工范围,在动力方面,凭借紧凑的结构关系,能得到稳定和平滑的输出,而且锁紧牢固,轴向精度高,提高了产品的加工精度。

技术领域
本发明属于机床技术领域,涉及机床主轴上的工件夹紧装置,特指一种主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构。
背景技术
机床上基本上都安装有用来固定工件的夹紧装置或固定装置,夹紧装置中最简单的就是手动控制的安装在主轴上的弹性夹头,通过手动拉紧使弹性夹头夹紧工件,这种加紧方式比较费力,而且容易松动;也有通过气缸或液压缸驱动弹性夹头工作,但基本是在单头弹性夹头上使用,而且是设置在单头弹性夹头的一端,导致主轴所需的轴向尺寸较大,加工工件范围受限制,所需的空间也较大,外加的液压装置或气缸,增加了制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空间布置合理、缩短主轴的轴向尺寸和节约制造成本的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,包括主轴和设置于主轴内壁与拉管之间的的筒夹Ⅰ和筒夹Ⅱ,所述筒夹Ⅰ和筒夹Ⅱ夹持在拉管的两端,其中,所述主轴一端的内壁设置有限位圈,所述限位圈与筒夹Ⅰ位于主轴同一端,另一端的内壁设置有缸盖,所述限位圈与所述缸盖之间设置有活塞组件,三者结合形成的空间为压力缸,所述活塞组件套设于所述筒夹Ⅰ和拉管上,通过主轴内部的结构特征形成压力缸,大幅度的减短了主轴的轴向尺寸,加大了工件的加工范围,而且压力缸的布置合理,缩小了外形,节约制造材料。
据上所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其中,所述压力缸为油缸或气缸。
据上所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其中,所述活塞组件包括套筒和驱动环,所述驱动环设置在套筒外圆上,且位于所述压力缸内,所述套筒套设于所述筒夹Ⅰ和拉管上,活塞组件的结构不同于传统的活塞加活塞杆的结构,而采用套筒和驱动环式的结构,结构紧凑,输出的作用力均衡,锁紧效果明显。
据上所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其中,所述套筒与所述筒夹Ⅰ作用端设置有锥形孔,所述锥形孔的内壁与所述筒夹Ⅰ的外壁相贴合,在所述套筒的结构基础上开设锥形孔,替代传统的筒夹锁紧套,结构新颖,节省附加部件,而且对筒夹的锁紧更稳定,更有效。
据上所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其中,所述缸盖与所述筒夹Ⅱ作用端设置有限位孔,所述限位孔的内壁与所述筒夹Ⅱ的外壁相贴合,对缸盖的结构进行布局和设计,替代传统的筒夹锁紧套,结构新颖、紧凑,节省附加部件,而且对筒夹的锁紧更稳定,更有效。
据上所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其中,所述限位圈的内壁和所述缸盖的内壁均设置有密封圈,所述两密封圈分别位于所述压力缸的两侧,通过压力缸两侧的密封圈,提高了压力缸的密封性,可防止液压油或气压的泄漏,确保压力缸压力稳定,不下降。
据上所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其中,所述缸盖上还设置有油封,所述油封位于所述缸盖的外壁和所述主轴的内壁之间,通过油封提高压力缸的密封性,确保压力缸压力稳定,不下降。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:通过对主轴结构的设计,利用其自身结构特点,形成一个结构新颖的压力缸,节约制作材料,减少了零部件的数量,空间布置合理,缩小了外形,主轴的轴向尺寸大幅度减短,加工工件范围加大了,另外,在动力方面,凭借紧凑的结构关系,能得到稳定和平滑的输出,而且锁紧牢固,轴向精度高,提高了产品的加工精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—3:主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,包括主轴10和设置于主轴10内壁与拉管之间的筒夹Ⅰ11和筒夹Ⅱ12,所述筒夹Ⅰ11和筒夹Ⅱ12夹持在拉管13的两端,其中,所述主轴10一端的内壁设置有限位圈14,所述限位圈14与筒夹Ⅰ11位于主轴10同一端,所述限位圈14凸起,其孔径小于主轴10的孔径,且呈台阶状,另一端的内壁设置有缸盖15,缸盖15安插至主轴10孔内,所述限位圈14与所述缸盖15之间设置有活塞组件,三者结合形成的空间为压力缸16,优选所述压力缸16为油缸,因为液压驱动相对气压驱动更稳定,输出力更大,主轴10上设置有左进油管23和右进油管24,左进油管23和右进油管24与压力缸16连通,所述活塞组件套设于所述筒夹Ⅰ11和拉管上,通过主轴10内部的结构特征形成压力缸16,大幅度的减短了主轴10的轴向尺寸,加大了工件的加工范围,而且压力缸16的布置合理,缩小了外形,节约制造材料。
进一步优化,所述活塞组件包括套筒17和驱动环18,所述驱动环18设置在套筒17外圆上,且位于所述压力缸16内,所述套筒17套设于所述筒夹Ⅰ11和拉管13上,活塞组件的结构不同于传统的活塞加活塞杆的结构,而采用套筒和驱动环式的结构,结构紧凑,输出的作用力均衡,锁紧效果明显。
进一步优化,所述套筒17与所述筒夹Ⅰ11作用端设置有锥形孔19,所述锥形孔19的内壁与所述筒夹Ⅰ11的外壁相贴合,在所述套筒17的结构基础上开设锥形孔19,替代传统的筒夹锁紧套,结构新颖,节省附加部件,而且对筒夹的锁紧更稳定,更有效。
进一步优化,所述缸盖15与所述筒夹Ⅱ12作用端设置有限位孔20,所述限位孔20呈锥形,所述限位孔20的内壁与所述筒夹Ⅱ12的外壁相贴合,对缸盖的结构进行布局和设计,替代传统的筒夹锁紧套,结构新颖、紧凑,节省附加部件,而且对筒夹的锁紧更稳定,更有效。
进一步优化,所述限位圈14的内壁和所述缸盖15的内壁均设置有密封圈21,所述两密封圈21分别位于所述压力缸16的两侧,通过压力缸16两侧的密封圈21,提高了压力缸16的密封性,可防止液压油或气压的泄漏,确保压力缸压力稳定,不下降。
进一步优化,所述缸盖15上还设置有油封22,所述油封22位于所述缸盖15的外壁和所述主轴10的内壁之间,通过油封22提高压力缸16的密封性,确保压力缸16压力稳定,不下降。
工作原理:所述锥形孔19作用于所述筒夹Ⅰ11,所述拉管13另一端的筒夹Ⅱ12与所述压力缸16的缸盖15上的限位孔20相配合,所述主轴10与所述齿轮的交接处分别设置有左进油管23和右进油管24,左进油管23和右进油管24与所述压力缸16连通,当液压油从右进油管24被高压注入压力缸16时,驱动环18被推动并带动套筒17向左移动,此时,锥形孔19和限位孔20分别挤压筒夹Ⅰ11和筒夹Ⅱ12,完成夹紧;当液压油从左进油管23被高压注入压力缸16时,驱动环18被推动并带动套筒17向右移动,此时,锥形孔19和限位孔20释放对弹性夹头14的挤压,完成松开。

Claims (7)

1.主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,包括主轴和设置于主轴内壁与拉管之间的筒夹Ⅰ和筒夹Ⅱ,所述筒夹Ⅰ和筒夹Ⅱ夹持在拉管的两端,其特征在于:所述主轴一端的内壁设置有限位圈,所述限位圈与筒夹Ⅰ位于主轴同一端,另一端的内壁设置有缸盖,所述限位圈与所述缸盖之间设置有活塞组件,三者结合形成的空间为压力缸,所述活塞组件套设于所述筒夹Ⅰ和拉管上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其特征在于:所述压力缸为油缸或气缸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其特征在于:所述活塞组件包括套筒和驱动环,所述驱动环设置在套筒外圆上,且位于所述压力缸内,所述套筒套设于所述筒夹Ⅰ和拉管上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其特征在于:所述套筒与所述筒夹Ⅰ作用端设置有锥形孔,所述锥形孔的内壁与所述筒夹Ⅰ的外壁相贴合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其特征在于:所述缸盖与所述筒夹Ⅱ作用端设置有限位孔,所述限位孔的内壁与所述筒夹Ⅱ的外壁相贴合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其特征在于:所述限位圈的内壁和所述缸盖的内壁均设置有密封圈,所述两密封圈分别位于所述压力缸的两侧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的主轴中驱动双头筒夹的压力缸结构,其特征在于:所述缸盖上还设置有油封,所述油封位于所述缸盖的外壁和所述主轴的内壁之间。
