Abstract

MéTODO DE REMOçãO DE DEPóSITOS DE UMA SUPERFìCIE A presente invenção refere-se a um método de limpeza de plasma remoto aprimorado para a remoção de depósitos superficiais de uma superfície, tal como o lado interno de câmara de deposição que é utilizada na fabricação de dispositivos eletrónicos.
