Abstract
PREPARAçãO AUTOMATIZADA EFICAZ NO CUSTO E METODOLOGIA DE REVESTIMENTO PARA SUPERFìCIES GRANDES Um aparelho e método de preparar e revestir uma estrutura grande como o casco de um navio enquanto em uma doca seca em que uma pluralidade de pistolas de pulverização dispostas em um arranjo é posicionada por um braço robótico em uma relação espaçada ao longo da superfície a ser tratada de forma que os padrões de pulverização se sobrepõem. O arranjo de pistolas de pulverização é atravessado para baixo desse modo pintando uma tira sobre a qual as pistolas de pulverização são prendidas, move-se horizontalmente e depois ativado para ser movido para cima até outra tira adjacente e sobrepondo a primeira tira ser pintada. Estas etapas estão repetidas até que a área de superfície esteja substancialmente pintada por completo. Uma mortalha é fornecida para colher as pulverizações em excesso da tinta e outra tinta de excesso é montada na montagem de arranjo.Uma pistola de pulverização auxiliar pode ser posicionada e seu padrão de pulverização ajustado para aplicar tinta nas áreas que foram perdidas pelo padrão de pulverização original que emana do arranjo de pistolas de pulverização.
