Abstract

"MéTODO PARA VERIFICAR FALHAS DE BATERIA INTELIGENTE POR MEDIçãO DA VOLTAGEM DE ALIMENTAçãO DE CARGA E SISTEMAS ASSOCIADOS". São descritos um método e o sistema associado para verificar falhas de carga para baterias 'inteligentes' por medição da voltagem de alimentação de carga e sistemas associados. Em uma modalidade, é efetuada uma determinação sobre se uma corrente de carga é indicativa de uma falha de bateria por utilização de uma porta analógica para digital (A/D) para medir a voltagem de carga de alimentação. Enquanto a voltagem de carga de alimentação medida fica abaixo da voltagem do pacote de células ou de algum outro valor de voltagem estabelecido, o que for mais elevado, a BMU considera uma detecção de corrente de carga como sendo uma indicação de falha falsa. Caso a voltagem de carga medida esteja acima da voltagem do pacote de células ou de um valor de voltagem determinado, o que for mais baixo, a BMU considera a detecção de corrente de carga como sendo uma indicação de falha positiva. A BMU pode a seguir desabilitar a bateria ou implementar outras etapas de verificação antes de desabilitar a bateria, conforme desejado.
