Abstract
"PNEU COM FORRO INTERNO DE CAMADA DUPLA". Um pneumático (10) com uma estrutura de forro interno de camada dupla (14) ligada a uma face interna da carcaça de pneu (12) para redução de ruído gerado por vibrações de ar dentro da câmara de ar do pneu (20), e um processo de fabricação de pneu (10). A estrutura de camada dupla (14) inclui uma primeira camada de forro interno (16) de borracha não-espumada adjacente à carcaça (12) e uma segunda camada de forro interno (18) de borracha porosa espumada formando uma superfície mais interna (19) do pneu (10). A borracha porosa espumada é formada por cura de uma composição de borracha tendo ali disperso um agente de formação de espuma de liberação de nitrogênio que se decompõe na temperatura de vulcanização para liberar gás nitrogênio. A segunda camada de forro interno (18) ainda tem uma estrutura de célula aberta com uma pluralidade de cavidades abertas que são formadas através de alteração fisica de superfície mais interna (19) da camada de forro interno espumada (18).
