Abstract

PNEU DE SERVIçO PESADO COM CAMADA DE TRANSIçãO INTERMEDIáRIA BASEADA EM BORRACHA DE POLIISOPRENO RICA EM SìLICA. Esta invenção refere-se a um pneu para serviço pesado (heavy duty), projetado para uma capacidade de suporte de carga de pelo menos 1.814 kg (4.000 1b), com uma banda de rodagem de construção cabeça/base com pelo menos uma camada subjacente de borracha de transição intermediária baseada em borracha de cis-1,4-poliisorpeno, rica em sílica, para promover uma menor geração de calor interno para o pneu heavy duty, e, portanto, a fim de promover um pneu heavy duty para suporte de carga, que é mais durável por longos períodos. Tal banda de rodagem do pneu heavy duty é intencionada para uso com cargas pesadas nas quais se espera que um calor interno seja gerado dentro do pneu, incluindo a banda de rodagem do pneu, durante o uso.
