Abstract
"LIGA DE AL-ZN DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO DE TAL LIGA". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto de liga de Al-Zn de alta resistência com uma combinação melhorada de resistência à corrosão e dureza, a mencionada liga compreendendo essencialmente (em % em peso): Zn: 6,0 - 9,5, Cu: 1,3 - 2,4, Mg: 1,5 - 2,6, Mn e Zr < 0,25 mas preferivelmente em uma faixa entre 0,05 e 0,15 para teores mais altos de Zn, outros elementos cada um com menos de 0,05 e menos de 0,25 no total, o saldo sendo alumínio onde (em % em peso): 0,1 ¢Cu! + 1,3 < ¢Mg! < 0,2¢Cul + 2,15, preferivelmente 0,2¢Cu! + 1,3 < ¢Mg! < 0,1¢Cu! + 2,15. A invenção refere-se também a um método para produzir esses produtos de liga, e a algumas de suas aplicações preferidas tais como aplicações em asas superiores de uma aeronave.
