Abstract
"SEPARADOR DE AR". A presente invenção refere-se a um separador de ar de gás oxigênio capaz de produzir gás oxigênio em uma maneira com economia de energia, com o que redução de dimensão notável pode ser realizada. O separador de ar inclui um compressor de ar (1) para tomar ar do exterior e comprimi-lo, primeiras torres de adsorção (2, 3) para concentrar gás oxigênio que está contido no ar comprimido pelo compressor de ar (1), um compressor de oxigênio/ar (11) para comprimir ainda mais ar comprimido rico em oxigênio (X) que passou através das primeiras torres de adsorção (2, 3), um trocador de calor principal (21) para resfriar ar comprimido rico em oxigênio (Y) que passou através do compressor de oxigênio/ar (11), e uma torre de retificação de alta pressão (23) e uma torre de retificação de baixa pressão (28) para retirar gás oxigênio separando o ar comprimido rico em oxigênio (Y) que passou através do trocador de calor principal (21) de modo a ser resfriado para uma baixa temperatura utilizando diferenças em pontos de ebulição de gases elementares.
