Abstract

"método para fabricação de uma placa de gesso mais leve". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de uma placa de gesso espumoso mais leve tendo um núcleo de gesso com alta resistência e excelentes propriedades de adesão do núcleo de gesso com papéis básicos para a placa de gesso, cujo método é capaz de ajustar os tamanhos dos poros em um núcleo de gesso de um produto de placa de gesso mais leve em uma faixa desejada em um curto tempo e em um baixo custo, mesmo se os tipos e as razões de composição dos materiais brutos de gesso variam. o método de fabricação de uma placa de gesso mais leve nas quais poros com um tamanho predeterminado são distribuídos em um núcleo de gesso inclui as etapas de soprar ar em um agente espumante para produzir espumas, misturar as espumas em um material misturado que contém gesso calcinado e água para obter a pasta fluida de gesso espumoso, derramar a pasta fluida de gesso espumoso em um espaço entre os papéis básicos superior e inferior para a placa de gesso, modelar os papéis básicos e a pasta fluida de gesso espumoso em uma forma de placa, aproximadamente cortar e subseqüentemente secar a formada em placa, e cortar a seca e formada em uma dimensão de produto, onde o método também compreende a etapa de preliminarmente adicionar um agente de ajuste de tamanho do poro para ajustar os tamanhos das espumas distribuídas na pasta fluida de gesso espumoso para uma de uma solução de matéria-prima do agente espumante e uma mistura da solução de matéria-prima do agente espumante e água para obter o agente espumante para produzir espumas com tamanhos desejados.
