Claims (6)
- 기포제에 공기를 불어넣어 기포를 생성하는 단계;소석고 및 물을 함유하는 혼련재료에 상기 기포를 넣고 혼합하여, 발포 석고 슬러리를 얻는 단계;상기 발포 석고 슬러리를 상하의 석고보드용 원지(原紙) 사이에 유입시키는 단계;상기 원지와 상기 발포 석고 슬러리를 판형상으로 성형하는 단계;상기 판형상의 성형체를 러프하게(roughly) 절단하여 건조시키는 단계; 및상기 건조후의 성형체를 제품 치수로 절단하는 단계를 포함하는, 소정 크기의 공극이 석고 코어내에 분포하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법으로서,상기 기포제의 원액 또는 상기 기포제의 원액과 물의 혼합물에, 상기 발포 석고 슬러리에 분포하는 기포의 크기를 조정하는 공극 크기 조정제를 미리 첨가하여, 목적하는 크기의 기포를 생성시키는 상기 기포제를 얻는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공극 크기 조정제가, 상기 발포 석고 슬러리에서의 상기 기포 크기를 증대시키는 약제 및 상기 발포 석고 슬러리에서의 상기 기포 크기를 축소시키는 약제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발포 석고 슬러리에서의 상기 기포 크기를 증대시키는 약제가, 수용성 산성물질, 강산 및 수용성 강알칼리성 물질로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발포 석고 슬러리에서의 상기 기포 크기를 증대시키는 약제가, 황산알루미늄, 황산칼륨알루미늄, 황산암모늄알루미늄, 황산제이철, 폴리황산제이철, 황산, 설파민산, 수산화나트륨 및 수산화칼륨으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발포 석고 슬러리에서의 상기 기포 크기를 축소시키는 약제가, 술포호박산염형 계면활성제, 사르코신산염(sarcosinate)형 계면활성제, 알킬벤젠술폰산염형 계면활성제, 알칸술폰산염형 계면활성제 및 알킬베타인형 계면활성제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기포제에서의 상기 공극 크기 조정제의 함유량이, 상기 소석고 100 중량부당 0.00001 중량부 이상 0.005 중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 석고보드의 제조방법.
