Abstract
"MISTURADOR". Uma máquina de mistura e de agitação do tipode pino 10, capaz de impedir de maneira segura com uma simplesestrutura, um fenómeno tal que uma matéria pasta fluidasolidificada adira a um pino ou a um dente que faz parte de umdisco rotativo, que compreende uma carcaça 20 capaz deintroduzir material em pó e água de mistura e um disco rotativo 32arranjado na carcaça, na qual a aresta periférica externa do discorotativo é formada em um perfil circular concêntrico com asuperfície periférica interna 25 de uma parede periférica anelarexterna 23, um pino inferior 50 tem como uma parte saliente paratrás 73 saliente no sentido da traseira de uma direção de rotaçãoR, um pino superior 60 tem uma parte saliente para a frente 72'saliente no sentido da frente da direção de rotação R, o discorotativo não sendo dotado de uma parte em forma de dente naárea da aresta periférica externa e a pasta fluida não adere à áreaperiférica externa do disco rotativo, e, em adição, uma área deacumulação de pasta fluida onde uma área de escoamento emvórtice ou uma área de escoamento turbulento de um corpo defluido (pasta fluida) pode ser produzida, não é formada nasuperfície traseira e na superfície frontal do pino inferior e do pinosuperior devido à presença da parte saliente traseira e da partesaliente frontal, pelo que, é difícil à pasta fluida aderir aos pinosinferior e superior.
