Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE ALOJAMENTO PARA UM AIRBAG E CONJUNTO DE ALOJAMENTO PARA UM AIRBAG". Um conjunto inclui um inflador (16), um alojamento polimérico unitário (12), e um retentor de airbag (14) de material idêntico ou similar. O alojamento tem paredes integradas formando uma câmara de inflador que inclui uma abertura para pino roscado (22) de montagem de inflador, uma pluralidade de suportes integrados para o inflador, um aro periférico integrado (34) formando uma câmara de airbag, e pode inclui r uma parede superior integral (124) dotada de aberturas difusoras de gás do inflador (128). Um elemento fixador de pino roscado de inflador (50) fixa o inflador (16) ao alojamento (12). O retentor e o alojamento possuem elementos fixadores integrados (36, 46) para fixar o retentor (14) ao alojamento (12). Um tampo polimérico (48) fecha o retentor (14) e confina o airbag afixado. O alojamento (12) e o retentor (14) são formados do mesmo material reciclável de tal forma que o conjunto pode ser reciclado simplesmente pelo remover somente o elemento fixador de pino roscado (50) e o inflador (16). Em uma concretização, um difusor de gás de inflador (122) é solidário com o alojamento (112).
