Abstract

<B>MéTODO E APARELHO DE ANODIZAçãO DE OBJETOS<D> São revelados um método e aparelho de anodizar um componente, preferivelmente alumínio. O componente é colocado em uma solução de eletrólito. Diversos pulsos são aplicados à solução e componente. Cada pulso é formado por um padrão incluindo três magnitudes. A terceira magnitude é menor, preferivelmente substancialmente menor, do que as primeira e segunda magnitudes, e todas as três magnitudes são da mesma polaridade. O padrão de pulso pode incluir alternações entre as primeira e segunda magnitudes, e seguindo as alternações, a terceira magnitude. Outros padrões podem ser fornecidos. A solução está em uma câmara de reação juntamente com pelo menos uma porção do componente. O fluido entra na câmara de reação de uma câmara de transporte através de uma pluralidade de entradas orientada em direção ao componente, preferivelmente em um ângulo entre 60 e 70 graus. A entrada é preferivelmente o catódio, e o componente é o anódio, pelo que a corrente flui entre o catódio e o anódio em outra modalidade. As entradas estão em uma parede lateral de tal modo que o fluido entra na câmara de reação substancialmente horizontalmente. A câmara de reação tem pelo menos uma saída embaixo das entradas.
