Abstract

"PROCESSO DE SEMI-HIDROGENAçãO DE UMA NITRILA à AMINONITRILA CORRESPONDENTE EM UM MEIO LìQUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se à hidrogenação em função amina de uma função nitrila de uma dinitrila, para se obter a aminonitrila correspondente. Mais precisamente, ela se refere a um processo de semihidrogenação de uma dinitrila à aminonitrila correspondente, em um meio líquido, caracterizado por se operar na presença de um catalisador de níquel ou cobalto de Raney contendo cobre e/ou prata e/ou ouro e na presença de um hidróxido de metal alcalino ou alcalino-terroso. A semi-hidrogenação de adiponitrila fornece a amino-6 capronitrila, composto que é facilmente transformável por hidrólise ciclizadora a caprolactama, produto de saída da síntese da poliamida-6.
