Claims (9)

  1. 수용성 용매중에서 (A) Mo-함유 산의 염 및 W-함유 산의 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 1종 이상과 염기성 화합물, 또는 (B) 사차 수산화 암모늄 화합물의 존재하에서 포름알데히드 또는 파라포름알데히드와 아크릴 아미드를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 N-메리롤아크릴아미드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물이 알칼리금속 및 알칼리토금속의 수산화물, 알칼리금속 및 알칼리토금속의염, 삼차 아민, 금속 알콕시화물 및 염기성 음이온 교환 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Mo-함유 산의 염이 몰리브덴산 알칼리금속, 인몰리브덴산 알칼리금속 및 규소몰리브덴산 알칼리 금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 염인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, W-함유 산의 염이 텅스텐산 알칼리금속, 인텅스텐산 알칼리금속 및 규소텅스텐산 알칼리 금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 염인 방법.
  5. 약 30~약 60중량%의 농도를 갖는 아크릴아미드 수용액중에 있는 아크릴아미드와 포름알데히드 또는 파라포름알데히드를 (A) Mo-함유 산의 염 및 W-함유 산의 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 1종 이상과 염기성 화합물, 또는 (B) 사차 수산화 암모늄 화합물의 존재하에서 반응시키고, pH6~8의 범위 및 80℃이하의 온도에서 감압하에 상기 반응 용액을 농축하고, 상기 농축 용액을 냉각한후, 석출된 결정을 분리하는 것을 포함하는 N-메리롤아크릴아미드의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 반응 용액을 용액내의 N-메티롤아크릴아미드의 농도가 60~90중량%의 범위가 될 때까지 농축시키는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물이 알칼리금속 및 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물, 알칼리금속 및 토금속의 염, 삼차아민, 금속 알콕시화물 및 염기성 음이온 교환수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 화합물인 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, Mo-함유산의 염이 몰리브덴산 알칼리금속, 인몰리브덴산 알칼리금속 및 규소몰리브덴산 알칼리 금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 염인 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, W-함유 산의 염이 텅스텐산 알칼리금속, 인텅스텐산 알칼리금속 및 규소텅스텐산 알칼리 금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 염인 방법.
