Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA, E, PROCESSO PARA CONDICIONAR UMA SUPERFìCIE METáLICA" Um tratamento condicionador altamente eficaz e de armazenagem estável para superfícies metálicas antes de fosfatizá-las é uma suspensão em água contendo partículas sólidas de tamanho micro de pelo menos um fosfato de um metal divalente ou trivalente e um acelerador selecionado do grupo que consiste de sacarídeos e seus derivados, ácido ortofosfórico, ácidos fosfóricos condensados, ácidos organofosfónicos e polímeros de acetato de vinila e/ou ácido carboxílico. A composição líquida condicionadora de superfície é usada simplesmente efetuando-se o contato entre o metal e a composição líquida e também pode ser usada para realizar simultaneamente o desengraxe, particularmente quando o líquido condicionador também contenha tensoativo não iónico ou aniónico.
