Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA REMOVER áGUA DE MANTA FIBROSA USANDO GáS DE IMPACTO COM FLUXO REVERSO OSCILANTE". Descreve-se um processo e um aparelho para remover água de uma manta fibrosa. O processo compreende disponibilizar uma manta fibrosa que tem um teor de umidade entre cerca de 10% e cerca de 90%; disponibilizar um gás de impacto de fluxo reverso oscilante, tendo freq³ência entre 15 Hz e 1.500 Hz; disponibilizar um sistema distribuidor de gás, que compreende uma pluralidade de saídas de descarga projetadas para emitir o gás de impacto com fluxo reverso oscilante sobre a manta; e impactar o gás de fluxo reverso oscilante sobre a manta através da pluralidade de saídas de descarga, removendo dessa forma a umidade da manta. O aparelho compreende um suporte de manta projetado para receber uma manta fibrosa sobre ele e carregá-la na direção da máquina; pelo menos um gerador de pulsos projetado para produzir ar ou gás de fluxo reverso oscilante; e pelo menos um sistema distribuidor de gás em comunicação de fluido com o gerador de pulsos, para remeter o ar ou gás de fluxo reverso oscilante até a manta. O sistema distribuidor de gás termina com uma pluralidade de saídas de descarga justapostas ao suporte da manta, de tal modo que o suporte da manta e as saídas de descarga formam uma distância de impacto entre si, sendo que a pluralidade de saídas de descarga compreendem um padrão predeterminado que define uma área de impacto da manta.
