Abstract

"MONTAGENS AMORTECEDORAS DE VIBRAçãO" Uma estrutura de montagem de motor hidroelástica compreende uma armadura de metal (10) que em uso é aparafusada no chassis do veículo. Um membro de amortecimento em formato conicamente oco feito de material elastomérico resiliente (22) é moldado sobre a armadura (10) e sustenta uma fixação de metal rígido (26) que é aparafusada no motor. Uma câmara de funcionamento (24) é cheia com fluido hidráulico e conectada em uma câmara de compensação (40) por meio de um conduíte (42). O conduíte (42) é integralmente formado na armadura (10). A armadura (10) também inclui uma extensão integral (13) que sustenta limites de apoio feitas de material elastométrico (e.g., 44,56,58) que agem contra as superfícies (e.g. 46) do motor para limitar seu máximo movimento.
