Abstract
"MONTAGENS AMORTECEDORAS DE VIBRAçãO" Uma estrutura de montagem de motor hidroelástica compreende uma armadura de metal (10) que em uso é aparafusada no chassis do veículo. Um membro de amortecimento em formato conicamente oco feito de material elastomérico resiliente (22) é moldado sobre a armadura (10) e sustenta uma fixação de metal rígido (26) que é aparafusada no motor. Uma câmara de funcionamento (24) é cheia com fluido hidráulico e conectada em uma câmara de compensação (40) por meio de um conduíte (42). As vibrações do motor são parcialmente amortecidas pelo membro de amortecimento resiliente (22) e também pelo efeito de amortecimento aplicado pelo conduíte (42) no fluido que passa de maneira oscilante através dele entre as duas câmaras (24,40). O conduíte (42) é integralmente formado na armadura (10). A armadura (10) também inclui uma extensão integral (13) que sustenta limites de apoio feitas de material elastométrico (e.g., 44,56,58) que agem contra as superfícies (e.g. 46) do motor para limitar seu máximo movimento.
