Abstract

<B>"COMPOSIçãO DE CATALISADOR SUPORTADO DE POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINA"<D>. Alumoxanos tendo grupos C2-C12 alquila, podem convenientemente ser usados em composições de catalisador suportado de polimerização de olefina, preparadas mediante contato anterior ou imediatamente anterior ao início da polimerização da olefina, de um suporte compreendendo um veículo poroso, em qualquer ordem, opcionalmente com: a) um composto organometálico de fórmula geral (1) : R~ 1~MX~ v-1~ (1) em que cada R é idêntico ou diferente e é um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 10~ alquila; M é um metal do Grupo 1, 2, 12 ou 13 da Tabela Periódica; cada X é idêntico ou diferente dentre um átomo de halogêneo, um átomo de hidrogênio, um radical hidroxila ou um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbilóxi; 1 é 1, 2 ou 3; v é o número de oxidação do metal M; e pelo menos com: b) um metaloceno de fórmula geral (2): (CpY)~ m~M 'X'~ n~Z~ o~ (2) em que cada CpY é idêntico ou diferente, sendo um dentre um componente ligando de ciclopentadienila, indenila, tetrahidroindenila, fluorenila ou octahidrofluorenila mono- ou polisubstituído, fundido ou não fundido, homocíclico ou heterocíclico, cujo componente ligando é substituído no seu anel de ciclopentadienila por pelo menos um substituinte Y, que é um dentre um radical -OR', -SR', -NR'~ 2~, -CR'=, ou -PR'~ 2~, cada R' sendo idêntico ou diferente e sendo um dentre um grupo tri-C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbil silila ou um grupo tri-C~ 1~-C~ 8~hidroxicarbilóxi silila; M' é um metal de transição do Grupo 4 da Tabela Periódica, sendo ligado ao componente ligando CpY pelo menos em um modo de ligação <Sym>5; cada X' é idêntico ou diferente e é um dentre um átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogêneo, um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 8~hidrocarbila, um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 8~hidrocarbila com heterátomo, ou um grupo tri-C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbilsilila ou dois X' formam um anel entre si; Z é um átomo ou grupo de ligação entre dois componentes ligandos CpY ou um componente ligando CpY e o metal de transição M''; m é 1 ou 2; o é 0 ou 1; é n é 4-m se não houver ponte ou ligação Z ou se Z for uma ligação entre dois componentes ligandos CpY ou n é 4-m-o se Z for uma ponte ou ligação entre um componente ligando CpY e o metal de transição M', e c) um alumoxano de fórmula geral (3), em que cada R" e cada R"' é idêntico ou diferente e é um grupo C~ 2~- C~ 10~alquila e p é um inteiro entre 1 e 40, e a recuperação da dita composição de catalisador suportada de polimerização de olefina.
