Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO COM FUNçãO DE SEGURANçA"<D>. Em um dispositivo de fechamento, particularmente para uma janela ou teto corrediço de um automóvel, com um motor de acionamento (4) para deslocamento de um corpo de fechamento, tal como, por exemplo, um vidro de janela ou uma placa de teto, em uma abertura a ser fechada, um sensor (3) para detecção de uma força atuante sobre o corpo de fechamento, contrariamente à direção de fechamento, e uma ligação de controle (1), para controle da força e interrupção do movimento de fechamento do corpo de fechamento quando o sensor (3) detecta que a força ultrapassa um valor limite, está previsto que a ligação de controle (1) varie o valor limite na dependência de uma força medida em um momento precedente. Isto possibilita diferenciar influências perturbadoras sobre o dispositivo de fechamento, particularmente, forças de aceleração externas, que atuam sobre o corpo de fechamento, de forças que se apresentam por ocasião do prendimento de uma parte do corpo na abertura, e permitir, só em último caso, uma reversão do dispositivo de fechamento.
