Abstract
Patente da Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ENROLAMENTO ONDULADO PARA ESTATORES OU ROTORES DE MáQUINAS ELéTRICAS"<D>. No dispositivo descrito é enrolado um fio (18) alimentado por uma guia de fio (20) sobre um corpo de modelagem (10) configurado com reentrâncias (16) e, durante a rotação desse, ele é premido por elementos de modelagem externos (12) radialmente móveis, ciclicamente, nas reentrâncias (16). Em seguida, as voltas de fio configuradas em forma de onda são transferidas para fendas longitudinais de um receptor de bobinas (34) posicionado axialmente diante do corpo de modelagem (10) que durante o movimento de enrolamento é retido em essência à prova de torção. Para obter, de maneira simples, enrolamentos ondulados completos sobre a periferia é previsto que a extremidade da última volta de um enrolamento ondulado seja configurada pronta por um movimento para dentro adicional de pelo menos um dos elementos de modelagem (12) em uma outra posição do ângulo de rotação do gabarito (10, 12) que a com o movimento de modelagem ciclicamente executado na reentrância alocada (16).
