Abstract

"PROCESSO PRODUTIVO DE UMA POLIA PLáSTICA COM UMINSERTO METáLICO". Um processo produtivo de uma montagemde polia intencionada, basicamente, para uso com uma correia detransmissão sem fim de um sistema de acionamento de acessóriosde veículos é proporcionado. O processo envolve colocar uminserto metálico circular (10) , que tem um eixo geométrico e umasuperfície circunferencial substancialmente plana externa (11), quese estende radialmente do eixo geométrico em um meio delocalização (13a, 13b, 13c) , localizado dentro de uma cavidade demolde e posicionado em torno da circunferência externa do insertometálico, para posicionar o inserto metálico dentro da cavidade domolde antes da moldagem e para manter a redondeza do insertometálico durante a moldagem, e moldar um corpo anular plástico(19) em torno do inserto metálico. Uma montagem de poliaproduzida por esse método também é proporcionada. O processoprodutivo da montagem de polia pode incluir modificar (como pormeio do rebordo (22)) a superfície circunferencial plana externa doinserto metálico, antes da moldagem do corpo anular plástico emtorno do inserto metálico, para reter, ligar, estruturalmente, e resistirà rotação relativa entre o corpo plástico e o inserto metálico.
