Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain easily a wheel for vehicles with a deep groove i.e. an air filling space by forming a ring shaped deep groove on the outer circumference wall surface of a disc part and making this deep groove open on the peripheral surface of a rim formed around the disc part. CONSTITUTION:The rim 2 of a wheel W for vehicles is formed around a disc part 1 in which a wheel shaft hole 12 is formed. In this case, a ring shaped deep groove (an air filling space) 11 is formed on the outer circumference wall of the disc part 1. The deep groove 11 is opened outside the rim 2 and connected to the inside of the tire. Thus, when the ring shaped deep groove 11 i.e. an air filling space is formed around the disc part 1, it is not necessary to use a casting mold (a core) as usual and a spinning forming method can be utilized. Therefore, the wheel W for vehicles with an air filling space can be manufactured easily.
