Abstract

CEREAL R-T-E (PRONTO PARA COMER) E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO A presente invenção descreve os flocos de cereal pronto-para-comer apresentando adequadamente números maiores de fragmentos de cereais discerníveis de pelo menos 1 mm^ 2^, bem como o processo para preparo dos flocos de cereal. Com quantidade elevada de fragmentos de cereal discerníveis, os flocos exercem atração maior ao consumidor e, além disso, são menos processados. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção proporciona flocos de cereal pronto-para-comer a partir de massa de cereal cozida com pelo menos 20 fragmentos de cereal discerníveis por grama de flocos.
