Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA MONTAR UMA BUCHA EM UM ELEMENTO METáLICO E PARA FABRICAR UM ELEMENTO DE ESTRUTURA DE VEìCULO, CONJUNTO DE ELEMENTO METáLICO E BUCHA, E, ELEMENTO DE ESTRUTURA DE VEìCULO PARA SER MONTADO EM UM COMPONENTE ESTRUTURAL DENTRO DE UM VEìCULO MOTORIZADO". Um processo para montar uma bucha em um elemento metálico que compreende fornecer um elemento metálico que forma uma abertura de acomodação de bucha no elemento metálico, a abertura definida por uma porção aresta anelar que circunda a abertura. Uma bucha é então forçada através da abertura em uma direção de acionamento da bucha, tal que a bucha engata a porção aresta anelar e deforma a porção aresta anelar na direção de acionamento da bucha para formar uma porção flange anelar no elemento metálico, que se salienta na direção de acionamento e engata uma superfície exterior da bucha em uma relação de ajuste de interferência, de modo a reter firmemente a bucha dentro da abertura. Também é divulgado um conjunto de elemento metálico e bucha, o qual pode constituir parte de uma estrutura de esqueleto de veículo.
