Abstract

"PORTADOR DE INFORMAçãO, APARELHO DE REPRODUçãO PARA REPRODUZIR INFORMAçãO DO PORTADOR DE INFORMAçãO, GRAVADOR PARA GRAVAR INFORMAçãO, E, PROCESSO PARA GRAVAR INFORMAçãO". Um portador de informação, por exemplo, um disco ótico, compreende informação disposta de acordo com um formato de gravação. A informação inclui informação de formato indicativa de parâmetros do formato de gravação tal como endereços de inicio e final de informação de usuário. A informação está gravada de acordo com regras de codificação predefinidas, que correspondem a regras de um diferente formato de gravação, por exemplo, CD-ROM ou DVD, que prescreve uma localização predefinida (12) sobre o portador de informação para gravar a informação de formato. Entretanto a localização predefinida (12) compreende um padrão de confusão (CON) e a informação de formato é gravada em uma segunda localização (CPS1) diferente da localização predefinida. Um aparelho de reprodução não condescendente é incapaz de ler ou copiar o portador de informação porque a leitura está perturbada pelos parâmetros errados do formato de gravação.
