Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA VIGIAR DE MODO CONTìNUO O ESTADO DE VIGILâNCIA DO MOTORISTA DE UM VEìCULO AUTOMóVEL, E, RETROVISOR DE VEìCULO AUTOMóVEL". O processo e o dispositivo de acordo com a invenção empregam um conjunto captor optoeletrónico (10) - unidade eletrónica (19), de acordo com o pedido de patente FR N° 96.09420 depositado em 26 de julho de 1996 e o pedido de patente internacional (PCT) PCT/FR97/01354 depositado em 22 de julho de 1997, disposto no interior do veículo automóvel, o captor sendo orientado na direção da cabeça do motorista em seu lugar dentro desse último ao mesmo tempo que o retrovisor interior que possui um espelho sem aço (9) atrás do qual é disposto o captor (10). Eles realizam, depois de detecção da presença de um motorista em seu lugar dentro do veículo, o enquadramento primeiramente do rosto inteiro, e depois dos olhos, desse último nas tramas do sinal de vídeo debitado pelo captor (10), graças à unidade eletrónica (19), e em seguida a determinação das durações sucessivas das piscadelas dos olhos, essas últimas sendo comparadas com um limite compreendido entre uma tal duração para uma pessoa acordada e uma tal duração para uma pessoa sonolenta e um sinal (emitido por um alarme 22) capaz de acordar o motorista sendo disparado quando a duração de suas piscadelas ultrapassa o dito limite.
