Abstract
''PROCESSO, E, SISTEMA DE MOAGEM DE FARINHA''. Um processo de moagem de farinha e um sistema de moagem de farinha são fornecidos, nos quais uma pluralidade de etapas de moagem (4,5, 6,7, 8, 9), cujos graus de moagem são diferentes um do outro, são realizados seq³encialmente a partir de montante para jusante, cada uma das etapas de moagem incluindo uma etapa de quebra (4,6,8) e uma etapa de classificação (5, 7, 9). As etapas são realizadas selecionando (3; 18) os grãos duros de trigo em grãos de trigo regulares e material diferente dos grãos de trigo regulares; fornecendo (90) os grãos de trigo regulares selecionados à etapa de moagem mais a montante, e fornecendo (13) o material selecionado diferente dos grãos de trigo regulares para no mínimo uma das etapas de moagem de jusante, a jusante da etapa de moagem mais a montante. O processo e o sistema possibilitam a produção de farinha de trigo de melhor qualidade com melhor produção que aquela produzida convencionalmente
