Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO PARA ACABAMENTO DA ESTRELA ESFéRICA DE UMA ARTICULAçãO DE MOVIMENTO SINCRONIZADO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para acabamento da estrela esférica (2) de uma articulação de movimento sincronizado, particularmente para automóveis. A estrela esférica tem uma superfície de apoio (2b) em forma de anel esférico, para apoio em um porta-esferas (3), e tem uma pluralidade de vias de guia (7) para as esferas, que se estendem essencialmente de modo axial. As referidas esferas (4) estão dispostas nas reentrâncias esféricas do porta-esferas (3) e transmitem o torque entre a calota esférica (6) e a estrela esférica (2). A fim de poder fazer o acabamento dessas estrelas esféricas (2) de modo rápido, económico e tão automático quanto possível, a invenção sugere que tanto a superfície de apoio (2b) em forma de anel circular, prevista para apoio no porta-esferas (3), bem como as vias de guia (7), previstas para as esferas (4), sejam produzidas por meio de trabalho de torneamento.
