Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA ACABAMENTO DE GAIOLAS ESFéRICAS PARA JUNTAS HOMOCINéTICAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para o acabamento de gaiolas esféricas (1) destinadas a juntas de velocidade constante que são providas com superfícies de suporte anulares esféricas interna e externa (3, 2) e receptáculos de esferas (4) para a acomodação de esferas de transmissão de torque. A fim de que o acabamento de tais gaiolas de esfera (1) possa ser executado de forma rápida, com um baixo custo e de uma maneira totalmente automatizada quanto possível, é proposto, de acordo com a invenção, que o acabamento de ambas as superfícies de suporte anulares esféricas interna e externa (3,2), bem como das superfícies de contato (5) dos receptáculos de esferas (4), localizadas uma em oposição à outra na direção axial e cada uma para uma esfera, decorra por meio de usinagem em torno mecânico.
