Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE MONTAGEM DE UM ALTO-FORNO E SISTEMA PARA O MESMO"<D>. Trata-se de um método de montagem de um alto-forno e de um sistema para tal, capaz de diminuir a capacidade de um equipamento de elevação a ser usado e encurtar o período de ereção. Um método de montagem de um alto-forno, por meio da montagem em seq³ência de peças plurais de cubas de base parciais (11) a (21), com o formato de um anel formando uma parte lateral do casco do alto-forno (10), compreendendo um primeiro processo para colocar trilhos (37) a um nível de piso de fundição (34), fabricar pelo menos uma cuba de base parcial (11) por meio de soldagem de elementos de casco no formato de um anel em carros (40) ou (41) que são assim proporcionados de modo a se deslocarem nos trilhos (37), levar a cuba de base parcial (11) para dentro de uma torre de forno (24) junto com o dito carro (41) e elevar a cuba de base parcial (11) por meio do uso de jaquetas de orifício central (30) dispostas na torre de forno (24); e um segundo processo para a soldagem da junta horizontal da cuba de base parcial (11) à outra cuba de base parcial (12).
