Abstract
Se refiere a la modificacion de la lignina en plantas, a las enzimas que intervienen en la vía de biosíntesis de lignina y a los ácidos nucleicos que codifican dichas enzimas y, más particularmente, a métodos para modificar la biosíntesis de lignina por supersion con ácidos nucleicos sentido y a los ácidos nucleicos y construcciones relacionados. Reivindicacion 2: Un ácido nucleico de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, en donde dicha enzima de la biosíntesis de lignina se selecciona del grupo que consiste en 4CL, CCR, CAD, C3H, C4H, CCoAOMT, COMT, F5H y PAL.
