Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM COMPóSITO DE DIAMANTE-CARBETO DE SILìCIO-SILìCIO DE PARTìCULAS DE DIAMANTE, E, CORPO EM QUE AS PARTìCULAS DE DIAMANTE ESTãO LIGADAS A UMA MATRIZ DE CARBETO DE SILICONE". A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para fabricar um compósito de diamante-carbeto de silício-silício a partir de partículas de diamante, que compreende as etapas de formar uma peça de trabalho, aquecer a peça de trabalho e controlar a temperatura de aquecimento e o tempo de aquecimento de modo que uma certa quantidade desejada de grafita seja criada pela grafitização das partículas de diamante, criando deste modo um corpo intermediário e infiltrar silício no corpo intermediário. A invenção também diz respeito a um compósito de diamante-carbeto de silício-silício produzido por este processo.
