Abstract
''APARELHO DE REVESTIMENTO EM Pó'' Um sistema de condutor (10) para transportar peças (20) através de uma pluralidade de áreas de processamento (12, 14, 16, 16, 18) inclui uma pluralidade de condutores acionados por motor (22, 24, 26, 28). Cada um dos condutores transporta peças através de uma associada das áreas de processamento. Codificadores de haste de motor digital (38) são fornecidos para monitorar a velocidade dos motores de condutor (36). Os controladores de velocidade de motor (40) são eletricamente acoplados aos codificadores e são responsivos aos mesmos, para regular a velocidade dos condutores, deste modo sincronizando a velocidade entre todos os condutores. Um computador (48) é eletricamente acoplado a um dos controladores de velocidade do motor para fornecer um ponto determinado de velocidade de sistema de condutor predeterminado. Detetores de peça (46) são eletricamente acoplados ao computador para verificar cada progresso da peça ao longo de cada um dos condutores desse modo permitindo o computador de rastrear o movimento de cada peça transportada ao longo do sistema de condutor para detectar colisões de peça com peça.
