Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA OPERAR EMBREAGEM EMTRANSMISSãO MECâNICA AUTOMáTICA". Um aparelho emétodo para controlar a taxa de engrenamento de uma embreagemem resposta a uma indicação fornecida pelo motorista, tal como adepressão de um pedal de acelerador do veículo. O aparelho incluium controlador eletrónico que inicialmente determina uma taxa deinício como o ciclo de trabalho mínimo que é requerido paramodular uma válvula de engrenamento a fim de provocarmovimento de um mancal de liberação da embreagem na direçãode engrenamento. A taxa de início é determinada movendoinicialmente o mancal de liberação para a posição desengrenada.Então, a válvula de engrenamento é modulada por incrementos atéo mancal de liberação começar a mover na direção engrenada apartir da posição desengrenada. Quando um valor predeterminadode tal movimento for detectado, o controlador eletrónico ajusta ataxa de início como o ciclo de trabalho atual da válvula deengrenamento. O controlador eletrónico também é responsivo a umvalor excessivo de movimento de ultrapassagem do mancal deliberação quando se tenta posicioná-lo em uma posição desejadapara reduzir a taxa de início.
