Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA ESTABELECER UMA CONEXãO DE CHAMADA". Uma localização de uma primeira conexão de chamada de emergência (60) requerida a partir de uma estação móvel (10A) dentro de uma rede de telecomunicações móveis (5) é determinada. Posteriormente, se uma segunda conexão de chamada de emergência (60) é requerida a partir de uma outra estação móvel (108) dentro de aproximadamente a mesma área geográfica ou localização, é provida uma mensagem de anúncio informando o chamador do incidente já reportado. O chamador então tem a opção de terminar a chamada ou se conectar a um operador de Ponto de Resposta de Segurança Pública (PSAP) (20). Um módulo de aplicação (230) associado à rede de telecomunicações móveis de serviço (5) pode adicionalmente transmitir dado não estruturado, tal como Serviço de Mensagem Curta (SMS) ou mensagens de Dados de Serviço Suplementar Não Estruturado (USSD) (250), para todas as outras estações móveis (10) viajando correntemente dentro da localização ou área reportada.
