Abstract
"PORCA DE TRAVAMENTO NãO DEFORMADA COM FENDA" Uma porca de travamento engatável de forma rosqueada e retida de forma travada em torno de um eixo rosqueado que se estende através de uma peça de trabalho, a porca de travamento possuindo pelo menos uma fenda deformável disposta em uma parte lateral da mesma e disposta de forma transversal com relação ao eixo de orifício de porca de travamento, a porca de travamento possuindo também um elemento de deformação de porca que se projeta a partir de uma extremidade inferior do mesmo, onde pelo menos uma parte do elemento de deformação de porca está em alinhamento substancialmente axial com a fenda deformável. A porca de travamento não é deformada antes da instalação da mesma em torno do eixo rosqueado. O elemento de deformação de porca é engatável com a peça de trabalho para deformar a porca de travamento durante a instalação rosqueada da porca de travamento em torno do eixo rosqueado, retendo dessa forma a porca de travamento em torno do mesmo, onde a porca de travamento possui uma performance de torque relativamente consistente com o espalhamento estatístico reduzido durante vários ciclos de instalação e remoção da porca em torno do eixo rosqueado. O elemento de deformação de porca é uma parte anular da saia disposta de maneira periférica na extremidade inferior da porca de travamento, que pode possuir superfície substancialmente rebaixada. A porca de travamento pode alternativamente incluir uma arruela flexível acoplada de forma rotativa à mesma.
