Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"NOVOS VETORES DE EXPRESSãO CONTENDO GENES DE LIGANTES á MOLéCULAS ACESSóRIAS E SEU USO PARA IMUNO-MODULAçãO E TRATAMENTO DE MALIGNIDADES E DOENçA AUTO-IMUNE"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a genes os quais codificam ligantes à molécula acessória e seu uso para imuno-modulação, vacinação e tratamentos de várias doenças humanas, incluindo malignidades e doenças auto-imunes. A presente invenção também descreve o uso de ligantes à molécula acessória, os quais são feitos de várias porções de domínios e sub-domínios de moléculas derivadas da família de fator de necrose de tumor. As moléculas quiméricas da presente invenção contêm propriedades únicas as quais levam à estabilização de suas atividades e, assim, maior eficácia no tratamento de doenças. Vetores para expressão de genes os quais codificam as moléculas da presente invenção também são discutidos.
