Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O ACOMPANHAMENTO DE CARGA EM CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA". Um método e um aparelho para o acompanhamento de dados associados com uma carga que está sendo transportada em uma correia transportadora (12) entre uma estação de partida (16) que inclui um sensor de carga da estação de partida (18) e uma estação de destino (20) que inclui um sensor de carga da estação de destino (22), que inclui as etapas de: geração de um registro de dados para a carga na estação de partida, inserção do registro de dados em um controlador programável (C) para controlar a correia, geração de um sinal de pulso que tem um número de pulsos diretamente proporcional ao percurso da correia transportadora (12), estabelecimento de uma janela de expectativa indicando a chegada esperada da carga na estação de destino (20), estabelecimento de um campo de distância para a carga utilizando a menor distância entre a carga e qualquer carga precedente na correia transportadora (12) ou a distância entre o sensor de carga de partida e de destino (22), detecção da borda anterior da carga por meio do sensor de carga da estação de destino (22), comparação da distância entre os sensores de cargas de partida e de destino (18, 22), e detecção de qualquer escorregamento da carga na correia (12) e atualização do registro de dados no controlador (C) com base no escorregamento de carga detectado de modo a coincidir com a posição real da carga na correia (12) na estação de destino (20).
