Abstract

método para melhorar a qualidade de uma espuma, processo para produção contínua de espumas, processo para produção contínua de um revestimento de resina espumável, uso de um misturador, linha de produção contínua e revestimento de poliuretano poroso. a presente invenção se refere a um método para melhorar a qualidade de uma espuma produzida em um processo para produção contínua de espumas usando um tensoativo com peso molecular mais alto como um aditivo em uma dispersão de polímero aquoso, o processo compreendendo uma etapa de espumar uma mistura de uma dispersão de polímero aquoso e do tensoativo, e a mistura sendo misturada em uma máquina de formação de espuma com uma velocidade da linha da cabeça de mistura de menos do que 4 m/s; em que o processo compreende adicionalmente uma etapa de misturar a espuma obtida a partir da máquina de formação de espuma em um misturador em linha auxiliar conectado na máquina de formação de espuma, em uma velocidade da linha da cabeça de mistura de 5~50 m/s. um processo para produção contínua de espumas e uma linha de produção contínua também são providos.
