技术领域
本发明涉及一种低VOC高回弹聚氨酯泡沫组合料及其制备方法。高回弹聚氨酯泡沫广泛应用于生产汽车座椅、头枕等。
背景技术
高回弹聚氨酯泡沫广泛应用于生产汽车坐垫、靠背、头枕等。其具有高回弹性,舒适性好的特点,近些年汽车厂商都在改善车内环境,对挥发性有机物(VOC)指标的控制越来越严格;随着汽车行业竞争加剧,汽车生产厂家需要降低采购成本来提高产品竞争力,同时为了减少环境污染,降低车主燃油使用成本,汽车制造也在向着轻量化的方向发展;传统的组合料贮存稳定性差,传统配料工艺生产的组合料,贮存时间一般只有几天,时间过久会失去应有的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服上述不足,提供一种用于生产低VOC,低密度聚氨酯泡沫的组合料,且该组合料稳定性好,能长期贮存不改变性能。
本发明的目的之一在于提供上述低VOC高回弹聚氨酯泡沫组合料的制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种低VOC高回弹聚氨酯泡沫组合料,包括A料和B料;
A料中原料配比按质量份数算包括:聚醚多元醇:35~65份,聚合物多元醇:65~35份,硅泡沫稳定剂0.5~1.5份,催化剂:0.5~1.5份,助剂:0.1~0.5份,交联剂0.5~1.5份,发泡剂:3.0~4.0份;
B料中原料配比按质量份数算包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)55~70份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)30-45份。
上述A料中催化剂为双二甲氨基乙基醚,三乙烯二胺,四甲基丁二胺,二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种物料的混合物。
上述A料中助剂为醛类捕捉剂,由二氧化锰,脲素,乙二胺按2:5:3的质量比配制而成。
上述A料中交联剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种物质的混合物。
上述A料中的发泡剂为复合发泡剂,由环戊烷、正戊烷的混合物和纯水组成,戊烷混合物和纯水的质量比为6~8:3,优选为7:3。(环戊烷、正戊烷的质量比为1:0.01-100)。
上述B料中所述改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为液化MDI和聚合MDI二者的混合物,二者质量比为2:3。
一种低VOC高回弹聚氨酯泡沫组合料的制备方法,所述方法包括:
A料的制备:将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按比例加入反应器中,开启搅拌,按顺序依次加入硅泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、助剂、交联剂、发泡剂;搅拌速度为100r/min搅拌1小时,检测指标合格后出料;
B料的制备方法其步骤为:将TDI 80/20加入反应器中,开启搅拌,加入液化MDI和聚合MDI,一小时后检测指标,合格后装料。
一种低VOC高回弹聚氨酯泡沫组合料的使用方法,是将A料和B料混合后快速搅拌均匀,倒入预热好的模具中,合模,脱模后放置至室温即可得其所需高回弹聚氨酯产品。搅拌速度为80-150r/min,优选为100 r/min,搅拌时间为0.5-1.5小时,优选为1小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用了新型发泡剂组合聚醚生产的聚氨酯产品密度低;在物料A中加入醛类捕捉剂,生产的聚氨酯泡沫VOC值低;物料B中加入适量液化MDI和聚合MDI降低了B料的结晶温度,更加稳定便于低温贮存。

B料的配制包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI 80/20)70份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)30份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯中液化MDI和聚合MDI质量比为2:3。

所述助剂由二氧化锰、脲素、乙二胺按2:5:3的质量比例配制而成;
所述发泡剂由环戊烷1.4份、正戊烷1.4份的混合物和纯水1.2份组成;
B料中配比按质量份数算包括:TDI 80/20甲苯二异氰酸酯70份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯30份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯中液化MDI和聚合MDI质量比为2:3;
其制备方法,其中A料的制备其步骤为:将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按比例加入反应器中,开启搅拌,按顺序依次加入硅泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、助剂、交联剂、发泡剂;搅拌速度为100r/min搅拌1小时,检测指标合格后出料;B料的制备方法其步骤为:将TDI 80/20加入反应器中,开启搅拌,加入液化MDI和聚合MDI,一小时后检测指标,合格后装料;
组合料用于生产聚氨酯的方法为:将模具预热至60℃,100份A料和60份B料快速搅拌均匀,倒入模具,合模,脱模,即的聚氨酯泡沫产品。
2.一种低VOC高回弹聚氨酯泡沫组合料,其特征在于:它包括A料和B料;
A料中配比按质量分数算包括:聚醚多元醇:52份,聚合物多元醇:40份,硅泡沫稳定剂1.5份,催化剂双二甲氨基乙基醚:1.5份,助剂0.5份,二乙醇胺1.5份,环戊烷0.6份、正戊烷1.5份的混合物和纯水0.9份;
所述助剂由二氧化锰、脲素、乙二胺按2:5:3的质量比例配制而成;
B料中配比按质量份数算包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI 80/20:60份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI:40份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯中液化MDI和聚合MDI质量比为2:3;

B料中配比按质量份数算包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯55份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI 45份,改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯中液化MDI和聚合MDI质量比为2:3;
其制备方法,其中A料的制备其步骤为:将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按比例加入反应器中,开启搅拌,按顺序依次加入硅泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、助剂、交联剂、发泡剂;搅拌速度为100r/min搅拌1小时,检测指标合格后出料;B料的制备方法其步骤为:将TDI 80/20加入反应器中,开启搅拌,加入液化MDI为和聚合MDI,一小时后检测指标,合格后装料;
